Particle in liquids
In the pharmaceutical industry, many liquids are filled in bottles or vials. During the filling and locking the bottles it can come to impurities. No polluted bottles or ampoules may be delivered by laws and high claims of quality.
In a liquid particles can be such as glass, plastic, metal, hair, etc. after the filling. Around this to prevent a particle inspection machine is necessary like it is shown on the picture on the right side. The shown machine, which is conceived for bottles with a small production achievement, was developed by Krempien+Petersen themselves and designed and built in co-operation with a machine-builder.
In the following pictures different inspection results are represented. In the left picture no particles were found. In the two pictures beside it particles were found (here plastic particles and glass particles).
