Color Inspection

With the help of color camera systems inspections can be carried out, which are not possible with normal industrial B/W camera systems. So a presence or completeness inspection can be accomplished with colored construction units. In addition, damages, printing disalignment and something similar can be examined.

For example, it is possible to identify color variations and printing inaccuracies on ampoules with a color ring inspection and to prevent sub-mixes at the bottling, labeling and ampoules inspection machines.

Example of a color ring inspection:

Color rings: red, magenta, blue

Color rings: green, cyan, blue
